Almost good, but the "floating" hands and the plastic-looking neck spoil the impression... Add some shadow from the arms/hands on the dress, and make sure the flesh color there works right; and rework the neck.

beautiful face, nice work on the dress her arm in the back I think needs some shadow maybe the same color tone as her other arm its a tad bright the light is behind her correct? and on the side of her face that's facing us right under her hair I think needs a tad bit of shadow too that's just my personal opinion though I notice the flower to the right you fixed since you first posted it was a tad bold over all just beautiful 10+
